Does saying darud imply glorification of the Prophet
My mother does tasbih of Darud sometimes 1000 times and my mother in law does tasbih of Darud 13000 times.I am aware that every time one sends a prayer(Darud) upon Prophet Mohamed PBUH ,Allah sends ten blessings upon the reciter.But does not a 13000,1000 ,500 or 100 times Darood tasbih imply glorification of Prophet PBUH and indicate a move away from his teachings ,since he preached indulgence in glorification of Allah,and to not make of him what Christians have made of Jesus? I think Darud should be recited in Salat and when we hear Prophets (PBUH) name ,as the Prophet said that the man who does not send a blessing on me on hearing my name is a miser.Please advise if doing tasbih of Darud is right or wrong?
