Gene Therapy: Islamic Rules and Regulations
As-salamu `alaykum. With the rapid advancement in science, and the appearance of genetic engineering, I would like to know the Islamic ruling concerning gene therapy. Can this kind of therapy be used to treat or even control to a relative extent the future progeny? Jazakum Allahu Khayran.
