How to Fulfill a Vow
Respected scholars of Islam, As-Salamu `alaykum. I am a girl with a good income that far exceeds that of my father. I have made a nadhr (vow) to give some money in charity to the poor and the needy. I think it will be very helpful to give some money to my family, especially in such circumstances?
