Friday pyaer

As-Salam `alaykum! Dear scholars, as we witness nowadays many Imams delivering Friday khutbahs (sermons) without taking steps or making efforts to make that sermons penetrate people’s hearts and have impact on their lives. Friday sermons are no longer aspiring to many, thanks to the poor styles adopted by many Imams in giving khutbah, as if they don’t care whether people are listening or not. Please, give advice on this issue?

Salamu 'Alaykum, I have a few questions:1.As far as attending jumuah prayer, if one has job during friday and cannot have time to get to prayer as it is difficult especially in my case I use public transport which takes even longer to get around, what is the ruling on that? 2.Last year i gave zakat which was around early november but i cannot remember the exact date, so this year how should i calculate the time which zakat is due?3.Finally i would like to know in prayer is there a difference between fajr and subh? Is fajr the sunnah while subh is the fardh? or do both mean morning prayer? Jazaka Allahu khayran katheerah. Salamu 'Alaykum.
