Forms of Divorce

Dear scholars, as-Salamu `alaykum. My husband was sick, and in the operating theater under the effect of anesthesia, he was hallucinating and divorced me several times. My question is: Am I considered divorced or not? I need your learned advice.

Dear scholars, as-Salamu `alaykum. My wife and I are happily married. One morning I had a very bad quarrel with my mother and in a very furious mood, I said that if your people have so many queries about my wife then tell my wife that I have divorced her (3 times). My wife was not present because she was in her parents’ house, but all my family were present when I said this. My question is whether or not the divorce is valid. Please note that I have no intention to divorce her; rather I cannot imagine leaving her. Jazakum Allah khayran.

Dear scholars, as-salamu `alaykum,I am a 20 year old female muslim,  I just wanted to ask, can a women get a divorce or free herself self in any way from a husband that has ran away from from home for at least more than one year, and there is no way of knowing whether he is alive or dead or if he will come back?
