In the UK a doctor must touch and examine a patient of the opposite sex, even when a doctor of the more appropriate gender is at hand, or when a mahram is not present. Is this halal?
Assalamoalaikum!With due respect i would like to ask that iam a female student of a medical college in pakistan.During our clinical practise we have to examine the male patients so we have to touch them.We cannot say no to our teachers because they wont accept it.Is it permissible for us to examine the males though our intentions are not wrong at all and we want to serve the humanity.
