Assalamu'alaikum. I am studying in medical area and most of the theoretical science subjects I learn is always related to the theory of evolution which Islam denies. What’s the ruling of studying it and what’s the ruling for answering exams based on these theories?

Where does Islam stand on the theory of evolution? Do we believe that the earth was created in six days?
