Donating to a Muslim Charity Organization for the Purpose of Offering Udhiyah
Assalamualaikum. May I ask if it is permissible (recommended) if I make a donation to a Muslim charity organisation for the purpose of offering Udhiyah. This means, as the meat are all canned, I will not get to see the slaughter of these animals, neither will I be able to eat it or divide them into the three equal portions. Can I also make an intention to do it on behalf of my children or would it be better if I do it on behalf of my mother who died whilst I was very young. Jazakallah khairan
