Etiquettes of slaughtering

Dear Sheikh, As-Salamu `Alaykum wa Rahamatu Allah wa Barakatu. In a slaughterhouse there is a mute butcher. We want to know how he can say the name of Allah over the animal he slaughters.

Scholars of Islam, As-Salamu `Alaykum wa Rahmatu Allah wa Barakatuh. I read in the Qur'an that the meat of animals that are slaughtered with names other than Allah’s is Haram. My question is: can we eat the meat of animals that are slaughtered without mentioning Allah's Name or any other name? Jazakum Allah Khayran.
