Estate planning in the USA
Has anyone done work on estate planning in the USA? This would include preparing legal documents on inheritance and use of money. I am aware of the Islamic Will prepared by ISNA which does not get into legal advice or guidelines. Are there any guidelines you can give on the issue? Any websites or references? Thank you.
