ejaculation

As a common problem for men the premature ejaculation, I am wondering if this is a something need to be treated or this a nature Allah (SWT) created men with it and should just live with it? The reason I am asking this question because according to studies 75% of men have the same problem, may be this is something nature should be left alone, or should we seek a medical treatment?

Is it allowed or forbidden to ejaculate between your wife's buttocks and outside her anus?

Respected scholars, As-salamu `alaykum. While fasting I slept with my wife and had foreplay that led to ejaculation. What should I do to compensate? Jazakum Allahu khayran.

in the fatwa 'Fasting: Meaning & Rules'. it says to ejaculate will break ur fast. when it says ejaculate, does it mean to fully ejaculate, or does even a single drop break it.? (there was no intention to go that far that any semen would come out)

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I'd like to know what a man should do if he ejaculates? Should he perform ghusl (washing the whole body)? Does he perform ghusl only if he ejaculates? That is, does he need to perform ghusl under any other exciting situation, such as if he feels wetness? What about women? What should they do after they get wet? All of the above are with the understanding that no intercourse has taken place. Jazakum Allah khayran.
