Salaam,Does an act of unconcience homosexuality by a married person ie self arousal whilst looking at same sex live tv material, break his or her nikah? what if the person is unmarried?Could You also advise if there are not male witnesses availble to witness a nikah, how would two people perform a nikah in such a case? are female only witnesses permissiable in this exception?
