Respected scholars, As-salamu `alaykum. Some peop le say that when they see anybody eating or drinking forgetfully in the daytime of Ramadan, they do not notify him because what he has eaten or drunk has been given to him by Allah. So what is your comment on such a claim? Jazakum Allahu khayran.
Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. I totally forgot that I was fasting and had a cup of coffee when I got to work. Will this break my fast? Jazakum Allahu khayran.
As-salamu `alaykum. The second argument posed by the Christian group, which caused much perplexity to Muslims in California, is related to the following hadith in which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said, “A believer eats in one intestine whereas a non-believer eats in seven intestines.” The author of the flyer posed this question: Do Muslims have one intestine while non-Muslims have seven? Can Dr. Muzammil Siddiqi refute the above claim?
As-Salamu `Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. I have heard from some people that when having a meal we should not talk. I want to know if this is true or not.
