The Ruh and the Dying Person
aslamulaykum, can you please tell me what exatly happens to the ruh of the deceased at the time of dying as it is approached by the angels and also if it is present at its own janaaza? one my friends grandmother during this month of ramadhan passed away whilst the kalimah and parts of the quran were recited to her, she was then said to be asking someone "where are you taking me" oblivious to what was going around her just before she took her last breath. i am curious to know if the angels visit you whilst you are still in human form?
