Should a Diabetic Observe Fasting?
Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. I have type-2 diabetes, and my doctor says that I should not fast because it places stress and damage on body cells that are responsible for making insulin. What does Islam say about this? Jazakum Allahu khayran.
