Da'wah strategy

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. One wonders at the weakness that has befallen the Muslim Ummah. It has become so weak that its enemies no longer respect it. What are the causes of such weakness? Why have we become an easy prey to our enemies in the East and the West? Why do people despise us?

As-salamu `alaykum. Propagating and spreading Islam may necessitate distributing or presenting copies of the Qur���an to unbelievers. Those unbelievers may read it and try to understand the message. Also, some of them may undermine the Qur’an. I have heard that there are some difficulties in allowing unbelievers to have the Qur’an, for fear that it would be damaged or abused in some way. Can you please tell me how this can be reconciled in order to help spread the Word of Allah? Thank you.
