what about pray women in group?what about people who enter sex sites ?

As-Salaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu. Dear Brother, I am a practising muslim living in Bangladesh. I am 19 years old. Alhamdulillah recenly i started growing my beard. I didn't know that it is prohibited for a muslim man to shave his beard.After reading ?Sifatu Salat-n-Nabee (saws): The Prophet's Prayer (saws) From the Beginning to the End, as though you see it? and the book named ?The Description of the Prophet's Prayer By Abdulaziz Bin Baaz? I found out that in our country people are used to pray in a different way. I mean they only raise there hand upto the ear at the beginning of the prayer I mean the Hanafi Style. Now as I am praying according to the Quran and the Sahih Hadeeth do I need to attend the congregational prayer 5 times a day because people in our country are full of misconception,innovation and superstition and they think I am praying like the followers of Mirza Ghulam Kadiyani. According to many people in our country the Ahmadiyyas raise their hands inside the prayer. They look at me angrily like as if I have done a great sin because I don?t pray like them. I used to wipe my neck while performing ablution but now I don?t. When I asked the Imaam of our mosque about raising the hand at the beginning of the prayer, before bowing while saying Allahu-Akbar, while standing from bowing and after standing from finshing the second tashahud. He said the prophet used to do it sometimes so it is not necessary to do it in every prayer. That is why I don?t like to attend the congregational prayer in the mosque except for the Friday prayer. Am I doing something wrong by praying at home because of the above mentioned reasons?

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I try to pray Zhuhr and `Asr Prayers at work with another Muslim friend of mine. We pray it as jama`ah (in congregation). I wanted to verify that is this valid. I mean can we do jama`ah with only two people? Can I also pray the same way at home when the second person is my wife instead of another male? Jazakum Allah khayran.

In North American society, I have seen that it is quite difficult to establish a regular Mosque and many steps have to be taken before a Mosque comes into existence, there are problems like zoning and parking, permissions from the city etc. The alternative is the use of temporary places of worship, which we call Mussalla, like renting a room or two in a commercial building. Some people say that the prayer in a Mussalla is not valid, only in a Mosque.They would prefer to pray at home even if there is a Mussalla very near to their homes and five times prayer is going on there.However, there are many scholars in North America and many that visit from Arabia, Pakistan and India, they do not object to the observance of prayers in such temporary places. What is your comment on the issue?

What is the legal minimum number of Muslims required to perform Friday Prayer? We heard that it should be at least 40 persons and we don't have such number of Muslims in the city where we live.

As-Salamu `alaykum wa Rahamatullahi wa Barakatuh. Is it acceptable to perform salah (prayer) in houses or rooms even if mosques are near. On what conditions is that acceptable? And is it acceptable to make jama`ah in houses/rooms even if Masjids are nearby to the extent that it’s easy for one to attend jama`ah. Please give the references by Qur'an & Hadith. Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. What is the Islamic ruling on qiyam-ul-layl (optional night vigil prayer) in a congregation other than in the month of Ramadan? Jazakum Allah khayran.

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. During the iqamah (final call to prayer), when should people stand for jama`ah (congregational prayer)? Should they stand when the muezzin says “Hayya `ala as-Salah”? Please explain the Islamic teaching regarding this issue. Jazakum Allah khayran.

Scholars of Islam, as-Salamu `alaykum. I want to ask whether another Jama`ah can take place in a mosque when the regular scheduled Jama`ah has already been over for the same prayer?
