conditions of Marriage

Scholars of Islam, As-Salamu `Alaykum wa Rahamtu Allah wa Barakatuh. I’d like to know whether it’s permissible for a woman to add to the marriage contract a condition that her husband must not marry another woman?

Alsalamu alaikum Scholar,I'd like to start by thanking you for your time and consideration for my question. My question is as following - i truly much hope you can guide me and answer my concerns: Part 1: Is it allowed in Islam for a Muslim woman to marry a Christian man? If the non-Muslim man acknowledges the Prophet Mohammed (asws) as the final prophet and Islam as the last completing religion, and prophet Issa (asws) is Allah's messenger and not his son, is that enough without the need to convert to Islam? If the Muslim woman has the sole control of raising and directing the family? Part 2: If the non-Muslim man converts, how would he deal with his non-Muslim family, parents and relatives? What if he has kids from a former marriage who are Christians as well - how would he deal with them? how would these kids fit with his Muslim kids? Please advice - jazak Allah (swt) khairan.

Dear scholars, As-Salaam `Alaykum! Let’s say after marriage I discover something disturbing in my spouse, can I ask for marriage annulment? I mean if defects are later discovered in any of the two spouses, does that give the other party a right to dissolve the marriage?

Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum.If a man and a woman, while having phone sex, address each other as husband and wife and they actually mean it, will it amount to marriage? Even during the normal course of telephone conversations they occasionally call each other husband and wife. Does it mean they are married or it just an over emotional sentiment? Is marriage solemnized when a man tells a woman that she is his wife and the wife says she is?Jazakum Allahu Khayran.
