Husband Paying for His Indebted Wife’s Hajj
As-salamu `alaykum. I have some loans from my education. If my husband is paying for me to perform Hajj, do my loans have to be paid off before I go? Also, if a person has loans, do they have to be paid off before Hajj or can they be paid later as a process of installments? This means that the person would be working and paying installments but still have enough money to pay for Hajj. Or is it better to use the money to pay off all the loans first before performing Hajj?
