Many fathers and mothers make supplications against their children when they make mistakes and err. I would like you to give some words of advice to them concerning that matter.
My question is related to bringing up young children (under the age of seven). What, in your opinion, is the most important thing that a mother should focus on at this tender age?Secondly, do you have any advice about the best way to instill good Islamic manners in children?

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. My wife conceived recently but had a miscarriage in the 6th week. It was her first pregnancy and we are praying to Allah for a better child. Is there any specific `ibadah (act of worship) that we can do for having a child soon? Will we be able to meet the child we lost by miscarriage in the Hereafter? Jazakum Allah khayran.
Can a Mosque Imam hit a child for whatever reason? Can he hit a child at all? If so, what are the limits that a child can be hit — on the face, on the back, or where?
