Eating the Caught Part of a Fish
Dear Islamic Scholars:as-salamu alaikum! Our fishermen used to encounter that during their fishing only a portion of the fish body part is caught while the rest of the majority of the fish part slipped and cannot be located or found. It might be still alive if only the tail is cut. Is it allowed by Islam to eat the caught portion or part of that fish? Jazakum Allah khairan.
