Conditions of Valid Marriage
Aslamu `alaykom . I`m 25 years old woman and I fell in love with 30 years old man we are both educated and pray five times a day , because I did`nt finished my studies , my parents don`t want us to get married now , but I live far away from my parents because of my studies, so he always come to see me , and in order to make our relationship H`alal we put our hands together and sayed to each other that we accept marrying. Did we do a right step ? Is our relation H`alal now ? Can we have sex as someone told him ?
