Reciting the Basmallah in the Prayer
Scholars of Islam, as-Salamu `alaykum. Is it mandatory to say Bismillahi Ar-Rahmani Ar-Rahim (in the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful) before reciting the surah that follows the recitation of Surat Al-Fatihah in prayer?
