Having a vegetable dish containing bacon mistakenly
Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum.throughout my life, I have always eaten only halal foods despite living in the UK. I ordered a vegetable dish today at a local cafe but while eating it, I was horrified to realize there was meat in the dish. I immediately complained to the shop and they apologized and gave me a refund for their mistake. They confirmed that the dish contained bacon. Please advise what action I should take as I feel I have committed a sinful act and have felt physically unwell since the event due to the burden of knowing I have eaten something haram.
