Taking Pride in Causing Pain to Animals
As-salamu `alaykum. I'm concerned about animal sacrifice. Do most animals suffer during this time or is it a quick and painless action to avoid the innocent creature less pain? I had heard that Muslims take pride in the pain of others (animals); surely this is not be true. Please clarify.
