Allah’s commands

asselamu alikum dear scholars,when i was taking english class one of my teacher as us about a question which is realy i can not answer it . the question is allah allow men to marry 4 .what is the reason that allha stick on number 4 ? why not 3 or 5 or other numbers. jazakumullah
