Allah names

Dear scholars, As-Salaam `Alaykum Waramatullah Wabarakatuh! There is a case on which we need your opinion. Some people claim that we can use the word “terror” for Allah, since He can destroy everything at any time. So we can even refer to Him as “the greatest terror”. Is this correct in Islamic perspective?

Can you please tell me if there is anything reprehensible in reciting the 99 names of Allah while preceding each name with “ya,” for example, “Ya Rahman (O the Most Compassionate!),” or “Ya Rahim (O the Most Merciful!),” Ya Malik (O the King!)”? Jazakum Allah khayran.
