Assalamu Alaykum.Thank you for your very useful service.My question is related to accepting gifts from employers. I read that it is prohibited to accept gifts from employers. I work for a company where my employer said lately he would give me two and a half percent of revenues in the company because I stayed with company for a long period of time and they are pleased with my work, on the condition that I stay for another three years with the company. I don't have to pay anything to the company to obtain this share.Does this offer fall under the  category of a gift from an employer to an employee? I don't think all people in our company are receiving this offer.May Allah reward you.assalamu Alaykum.
