Selling of foods and drinks for non-muslims in the day of Ramaḍān is allowed, for verily, fasting is not applicable to anyone but a Muslim. For Allah’s command addresses only Muslims:
O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous –[Quran 2 : 183 ]
However, we draw attention to an important matter, which is that if it is permissible to sell food or drinks to non-Muslims during the day in Ramadan, then the sanctity of the holy month should be taken into account, and the feelings of Muslims should be taken into account, and accordingly, the sale is done secretly.
