Discharges from women are likened to incontinence of men whose urine does not stop even during salah (prayer). For discharges that are caused by infection, the woman needs to always clean herself from them because such impurity is like urine. She needs to be clean always, and to always perform ablution for every salah. Part of what she should know is that her salah is valid, even when she discharges during salah, and she is also pardoned. She can teach her children Qur’an. If she’s a teacher, she can recite the Noble Qur’an, and she is permitted to touch it because she is excused.
Whenever she performs ablution, and the discharge still flows, then it is still permissible for her to touch and recite the Qur’an to save her from difficulty or discomfort.
