Dr. Main Khalid Al-Qudah, member of the Permanent Fatwa Committee, Assembly of Muslim Jurists in America, said: “Generally speaking, and according to the contemporary Fiqh Councils; Copyrights are to be reserved in full, especially when the product is produced for commercial purposes. A part of that is not to allow software piracy.”
