Imam Ahmad reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said “Seek medication, O slaves of Allah, for Allah has not caused any illness but provided a medicine for it except one illness i.e. old age”.
Further, we all ought to be sure that the any suffering experience is a test from Allah, and that our patience will be of great reward. Regarding your wudu’, we’d like to state that regarding the obligator parts of wudu’, what is obligatory to wash the face once or thrice in a way that one becomes assured that water reaches all parts of the face. If water reached all parts of your face after washing it one time or three times you should not pay any attention to any wasawis. As for washing hands up to the elbows, the basic ruling is that water must reach the whole parts of one’s hand from the end of fingers up to the elbows. Once you are certain that water has reached your hands up to the elbows, you should never pay attention to any whisperings and henceforth.
