Sheikh `Abdul-Majeed Subh, a prominent Azharite scholar, states: “There is nothing wrong as far as Islamic Shari`ah is concerned, in doing a plastic surgery to remove unsightly bags under the eyes upon the consultation of reliable Muslim doctors. This is not considered a cheat or a change for Allah’s creation.”
