There is nothing wrong with a menstruating woman doing the acts of wudu’ such as rinsing the mouth, washing the face, etc. However, this is not called wudu’ even if she did the same acts. This is because wudu’ is an act of worship which is a condition for another act of worship such as prayer or reading the Qur’an. So, there is nothing wrong for a mestruating woman to do the acts of wudu’ for the sake of cleanliness bearing into consideration that these acts cannot be called wudu’.
