If a Muslim vows not to or to do something and eventually did the opposite, then they have to pay kaffarah for breaking the vow, which entails either to feed ten poor people or provide clothes for them. If you cannot do this yourself, you can deputize someone else to do it. The matter is easy. Only in case you are not financially able to pay this kaffarah, then you can fast three days instead.
