In fact, a Muslim should steer clear of all sins, major and minor. A faithful Muslim takes care of every utterance or deed, avoiding anything that makes him subject to the punishment of Allah and His Wrath. It is unbecoming of a Muslim to take lightly any sin; but he avoids sins in order not to displease Allah, Almighty. A Muslim is keen to please Allah, and so he avoids whatever sin that would displease Him, Most High.
